Keith S. Giardina has been a practicing attorney for over 40 years having been admitted to the bar in October, 1981. He began his practice as a clerk for Judge Robert Klees of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. He then worked in a private practice for a little over a year and was hired by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a staff attorney. Within 15 months he was promoted to be the new Resident (Managing) Attorney for the newly opened Baton Rouge office and he held that position supervising up to 13 attorneys for approximately 34 years.

During his tenure with Liberty Mutual he tried well over 50 jury trials with outstanding verdicts for his clients and also handled hundreds of bench or judge trials, all with excellent results. He has recently retired from that position to work with Giardina & Guevara as their managing attorney. Mr. Giardina has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel in addition to being a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association. While representing clients in the past, Mr. Giardina has also served as an instructor training younger attorneys. He served as an Ad Hoc professor of law at Louisiana State University Law School for one semester wherein he taught trial practice and he has served numerous times as an instructor at the Liberty Mutual attorney training conferences for beginner, intermediate and advanced trial practice.

Mr. Giardina serves as the office managing attorney for Giardina & Guevara and will also assist in representing clients on a limited basis.
